There aren’t many places like Boulder, Colorado. There’s such a variety of stunning views and this couple took full advantage. We shot at both Chautauqua Park and Lost Gulch Overlook! Kailyn & Caleb individually are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. But put them together and it’s just sheer joy. They really are one of those couples that just radiates and lights up a room. That’s probably why Hayslee, Kailyn’s daughter and Caleb’s soon-to-be step-daughter is just a ray of sunshine. This winter Boulder engagement session was a balm for my cooped up winter soul.

Kailyn & Caleb were so well-styled for this shoot. It was a very chilly day, but they braved it so well. For their formal look Kailyn wore a flowy and flattering black dress with a little sparkle. I couldn’t believe she braved the rocks at Lost Gulch in heels! Caleb wore dark denim and an olive green button down, which went so well with the evergreens in the distance. For their more casual look, they went full mountain cozy. Kailyn wore a cozy white sweater, jeans and the cutest brown boots for our set at Chautauqua. Caleb wore a plaid shirt and denim to match Kailyn’s cozy feel.
