Taylor + Jay are one of those couples that you meet and want to be their third wheel all of the time. They’re beyond hysterical, stylish, cool and so laid back. They made walking around Estes Park this fine winter afternoon feel like a fun date. Seriously. You’re not going to want to miss these Colorado mountain town engagements.

Taylor + Jay are both transplants to the Denver area. In fact, I found out during their engagements that they’re both from the east coast — like me! There was something so familiar about the two of them right away. When I found out Jay was from New England, not far from where I grew up, I knew I’d found out why. Then they whipped out a couple of Yuengling’s as props for the end of their session, and I nearly died #iykyk.

The couple met 5 years ago at a Denver Broncos game. They spent the next few years falling for one another, hiking and loving the outdoors in Colorado. One afternoon, they went to Dillon Reservoir for a picnic that Jay planned. It was their first trip out of the house since the dreaded quarantine of 2020, and that’s where Jay popped the question. Taylor said yes. They’ll be getting married at the beautiful Woodlands in the Fall of 2021.

Taylor + Jay, I am SO thrilled that our paths crossed. I truly feel like I’ve known you two forever and cannot wait to be there on your wedding day to be a part of the fun I know is going to take place. In the meantime, I hope you cherish these photos and memories as much as I do!
